Ruby Hunter

Ruby Hunter is a Ngarrindjeri musician who is famous the world over
for her heartfelt and uplifting music. I recently had the pleasure of
hearing Ruby live at the Flinders Medical Centre's Reconciliation Day event.
Although not the same style of music that I generally listen to, I did enjoy
her songs.
Her CD Ruby's Story is available at Australian Art Orchestra. You can listen to a couple of tracks from the album, Kura Tungar and Took The Children Away. She also has an album out called Feeling Good which has recieved rave reviews. You can listen to some of that album here.
